Pumping Life Into Kids’ Dreams
Realistic Lemonade is the 501c3 nonprofit arm of the Realistic CEO™ movement.
We exist to help young people believe that their dreams are possible, build a realistic plan, and take action toward the future they want. Through books, workshops, mentorship, entrepreneurship education, and community partnerships, we help students move from inspiration to execution.
At Realistic Lemonade, we believe no dream is too big when a child believes in themselves, is willing to work for it, creates a simple plan, and follows through.
Our Mission
To pump life into kids’ dreams by equipping them with the mindset, tools, mentorship, and opportunities they need to believe bigger, think clearer, and execute with confidence.
What We Do
Realistic Lemonade creates experiences, resources, and opportunities that help young people grow in leadership, confidence, communication, entrepreneurship, and life readiness.
Our work includes:
Books and literacy initiatives
We provide inspiring books and educational materials that help students see what is possible for their lives.
Workshops and school programs
We deliver engaging programs focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, self-belief, communication, and personal development.
Mentorship and exposure
We connect young people to real stories, real leaders, and real possibilities so they can see success up close.
Youth entrepreneurship experiences
We help students think like builders, problem-solvers, and future leaders through practical business and career-based learning.
Community partnerships
We work with schools, businesses, sponsors, and community organizations to expand access and impact.
Why Realistic Lemonade
Too many young people have dreams, but not enough support.
Some need confidence.
Some need language for what they believe is possible.
Some need exposure.
Some need a plan.
Some simply need someone to say, “Yes, your dream is realistic, but now let’s do the work.”
That is where Realistic Lemonade comes in.
We are here to help young people go from dreamers to doers.

A Movement Bigger Than a Program
Realistic Lemonade™ is not just about one event, one book, or one workshop.
It is about creating an ecosystem that helps young people believe in themselves, build life skills, develop leadership habits, and take real steps toward their future.
We are building a movement that says:
Your dream is realistic.
Now let’s get to work.
